Nostalgia Through the Lens of the Five Senses was an interactive exhibition held in New York City in February of 2023. Participants were invited to smell, touch, hear, see and taste various provided stimuli designed to spark feelings of nostalgia. They were encouraged to write down resurfaced memories that emerged. The result was a culmination of over 100 retrieved memories written by those who participated in the exhibition.
